And some you don't...

Typical afternoon in T Rex Family Household:
Kids playing...
Laundry (yes, almost on a daily basis)...
And just one this mama thinks she is the groove and in line for mother of the year...
Her toddler grabs the iron she is holding and burns his hand...
We all shed tears over this event - T Rex (for obvious reasons), me (because I was so sad for his pain and that I felt I was to blame), and T Rex Princess (because the rest of us were crying).
Indeed, some days you have it and some you don't. Evidence that I am not perfect.
But tomorrow is always another day!
(P.S. This was my 250th posting - how am I doing?)

Awww...poor little guy's hand! I can just see you all crying.
Come on over and see me for some mom inspiration and encouragement.
I'm sorry that happened to the little guy. Things like that can happen so fast. You're still a super mom in my book :)
Oh...dang it! I hate it when stuff like that happens...but happens it does.
I think you are doing FABULOUS!
Keep it up!
Ouchie! I am amazed at how much you accomplish- I would say that you have it MUCH more than you don't!
Oh the poor guy. The hot things like the iron make me so nervous. I hope is little hand is feeling better.
Lately my youngest once to help in the kitchen and he will push his stool up to the stove top. Causes me so much stress and I have to be so quick on my feet with him.
Poor guy ... and poor mom. I'm sure you will feel worse about it than he will and for longer. You're a great mom ... it can happen to anyone.
Aww poor guy!!
Hey I'll give you Mom of the year award just because you IRON! I Loathe Ironing! I buy everything you DON'T have to iron, if you have to Iron it, I won't buy it! hee hee
And no matter what, you will always be super mom to them!
Poor T-Rex! I hope his hand feels better. Isn't it horrible when they experience pain? Nothing is more terrible as a mom.
Congrats on the 250th post.
And
I love the brother/sister love post. Isn't it fun to see them bond?
That hurts both of you, I'm sure. Today my daughter caught her finger in a door. It's terrfying. Hope he's okay.
Oh... his poor hand!
Ouch - bet he's forgotten about it... except when he's reminding you :)
You're balancing fine, everyone slips occasionally, as I remember telling the Wookie "everyone's still alive" I've done my job. :)
