I don't have the patience for such adventures. I am more into immediate gratification. After a long day, I pulled this together...
Salsa chicken and black beans served with spinach salad and fresh frozen mango
This is my favorite 30 minute meal!
Recipe:
- 3 to 4 whole chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups favorite salsa
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
This is my favorite kind of salsa
Mix salsa, mustard, and sugar together and pour over chicken breasts in pan. Cook on medium 30 minutes if frozen, 20 minutes if defrosted.

Great recipe, I think I need to get "Jack's" salsa. The pantry is a sight to behold, it is amazing!

I was so happy to see a comment from you on our blog. How in the world did you find me?
I skimmed through a few of your posts...Thomas is adorable - I love the cheeks! Skip seems like he is very thoughtful. You look great and are still so very talented...sewing, organizing, planting, being a great mom...way to go!
Have a happy day!
